Terms of Service

1. What InKin does

InKin is an AI phone companion designed to place short daily check-in calls to your aging parent. After each call we send you (and any additional family members you list) a brief summary by email.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the adult child or legal caregiver of the person you enroll. By creating an account you confirm that you have authority to receive call summaries on behalf of the parent enrolled.

3. Consent for calls

You agree that your parent has consented to receive daily calls from InKin — or that you will inform them before the first call. The bot will introduce itself on the first call if you select that option during onboarding.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use the service to:

• Place calls to anyone who has asked not to be contacted
• Collect or transmit medical advice
• Engage in any unlawful or abusive behavior

5. Beta limitations

InKin is in limited beta. Features may change without notice, and we may pause the service for maintenance. We aim to give beta families 7 days’ notice before any breaking change.

6. Liability

InKin is not a medical service and not a substitute for professional care, urgent response, or emergency services. In any emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) directly. We provide call summaries on a best-effort basis.

7. Termination

You can cancel anytime via Contact Us. We’ll delete your data within 30 days of cancellation unless you ask for an export first.
